Relax Libs - pass over this one - it requires thinking. You aren't able to acknowledge wrong on your own side, or see something of merit on the other like I am.
Anyhow.... I didn't vote for Obama either time but since he left office and even during, I noted some positives: Loved the cool. The demeanor. The critical thinking skills. I was honestly incredulous that an academic - actually made a darn good Executive. I don't think that's common - but Obama did that. I loved that he was RUTHLESS on Islamist Terrorists. He didn't do a CHENEY-HALEY-WOLFIE war....but rather, surgically took out bad guys. When it was the eve of getting Bin laden - Obama had spent time abroad in his youth, and knew how "certain people" are. He made a choice NOT to alert the "ally" Pakistan that he's gonna launch a raid in their sovereign country - in an upscale residential neighborhood and I appreciate that he opened the door to pre-existings being able to buy health insurance. So - while I will always disagree with much of his faculty lounge philosophies - these items I salute.
I really dont like disloyalty. And in 2012 there was to reasons Obama won re-eleciton: 1.) Establishment Republican Romney was the guy. 2.) Bill Clinton's speech at the DNC convention. Non partisan writings have said......that it was ike pulling teeth to get Obama to even say "Thank you" to bill Clinton, or show genuine respect in private.
Now David Axelrod, multiple times - during the 2020 primary campaign......and even NOW is out fanning doubts on Biden. Geez, Hannity can take a few days off if Obamas boys are gonna pick up the slack.
No WAY Axelrod is saying that stuff without Obama's explicit blessing.
Yeah yeah your violent cities, your trivialized populace, your large debts, your social decay and violence - ok it's fun, but I'm not passionate about it other than that last one.
But this - Obama actively goosing Biden and undermining his candidacy - I don't like it.
Of course- ALL Prez-VP's and their staffs have had rivalries. Reagan-Bush. Bush- Cheney (mores in the 2nd term), Clinton -Gore. But geebuz - that's a bit different than trying to hurt your man's chances which Obama - has now done twice.
Yes- if Dems let men with cigars appoint a nominee without primary battles 0- Michele O would be perhaps a winner candidate if Axelrod had full authority on handling her. Even on TMF I said I felt MichelleO is lurking even in 2020. But if that's not Obama's motive- I really dont understand what is.
PS: I don't regret not supporting Mitt -- -BUT he was right on calling Russia the biggest threat. He should've said "PUTIN!" - -Liberals are better at hating an individual, versus a Blue State they spent a generation praising and coddling.
