Breaking news: A Manhattan judge has dismissed terrorism charges against Luigi Mangione, who is charged in connection with the ambush-style killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

A state judge said the evidence presented to the grand jury doesn’t support charges of murder in the first and second degrees under the state’s terrorism statute.

The legal system at work I suppose? Terrorism being defined in a narrow sense. But Mangione will hopefully still be convicted for murder I hope!
