No, he just misplaced the clause. He said "When I mentioned Doctor Hannibal Lecter I'm using that as an example of people that are coming in from Silence of the Lambs.". But I hear it as "When I mentioned Doctor Hannibal Lecter from Silence of the Lambs, I'm using that as an example of [the type of] people that are coming in."
