in a normally quiet time of opposition Convention, trump & his mini-me are BOTH serially visiting swing states that had previously been leaning GOP above the margin of error.
is this a smart thing? (they wasted massive bandwidth at the GOP convention bashing biden)
warnock says the trump visit in Georgia helped Dems, because of the time don spent denigrating the popular GOP governor.

anyway, if this is an initial marker of desperation, then i imagine a comical scenario when trump ponders a vance replacement as a 'hail mary':
in a strategy session, nikki, tim, byron, and kristi all sit around the table internally wondering the same thing..."what am i doing here with a bunch of DEI prospects?"
