Didn't see it. But I wouldn't be surprised if he is sundowning. What I have seen shows (to me) clear signs of advancing dementia.

Of course, the convict has had trouble with songs. They have numerous cease-and-desist orders from recording artists because they keep using music they are not authorized to use. He's already lost at least one suit.
