No problem with this at all. The accusation should be investigated promptly and thoroughly and hopefully without the usual "we can't comment on an active investigation" by the FBI. The public deserves to know what is going on, starting with, "Who gave this order to the whistleblower?" If found to be true, fire or prosecute all the parties involved whoever they are.
