It's summertime, am busy tending to my flowers, yard and enjoying the nice weather.
Despite it getting hot (AZ), 1poorlady is cleaning up her garden, planting new plants (okra, I believe...the lettuce has played-out, and the peppers are about done). I'm trying to catch-up on fixing things after a long vacation (had to back-order a few sprinkler heads...1poorlady has plans for the kid's former soccer field, so the heads need to work**).
Hope your therapy sessions bring much relief for you and dear wife.
They help. They find the knots and other issues, and then dig in to release them. Really hurts. I don't like it. But I like the aftermath. After my heel healed, I still wasn't walking right. The therapist found a muscle that was locked-up, and after a few sessions she made it release. Voila. Walking normally again.

**One thing about AZ...if you don't want grass anymore, just stop watering. It dies pretty quickly. It's been a patch of dirt now for several years. She wants to plant comote (yams).
