I understand that most Republicans don’t support an insurrection and that the vast majority of 1/6 protesters did not invade the U.S. Capitol.

But that does not excuse voters who voted for a man that brought our country’s economy to its knees, whose actions and words caused hundreds of thousands of unnecessary deaths, who fomented an insurrection and sat by doing nothing while it occurred, and has promised to pardon the people who planned and participated in the insurrection.

The ONLY people to blame are the voters that put him back in power.

Fair enough. But how can those MAGA supporters then turn around and support a person who has frequently called those violent J6'ers freedom fighters and promised to pardon them?

I've never heard Trump differentiate between the violent offenders and those who were only convicted of various trespass violations. And it's important to point out that those in prison today for J6 crimes are almost all of the violent type.
