As long as Reps control Congress, it will never happen. If Dems seize control next year, we might get a reasonable assessment of the situation, and if they deem action is warranted, they'll do it. Maybe. I doubt they would have enough votes to carry the motion, even if they crush it next year. You have to get the Cabinet, as I understand it, and they are all sycophants. And then 2/3 of Congress, which is an unlikely number to achieve even under the best scenarios.

Impeachment would be so much more satisfying anyway. That is well within reach with a massive blue wave in 2026. Have to get rid of Vance too though. And MAGA Mike Johnson. Rubio could be acceptable until 2028.

First, they wasted time on the shutdown when they could have been making a solid case for extending the enhanced ACA credits.
Then, having lost on the shutdown fight, in an extremely craven fashion, INSTEAD of pursuing their stated Agenda of preserving the enhanced ACA premium credits, they immediately pivot to....EPSTEIN!

You really want Vance for POTUS? And, unlike Lord Trump, there would be no question about the legality of him running for another term in 28. And what sort of creep would Vance appoint as VP?
