but clearly Trump has demonstrated broad appeal and has broadened the base of the Republican party.

Trump generated that appeal by lying. He fooled the people into electing a rapist, fraud, felon.

Make no mistake about this: they didn't vote for him. They bought his false promises.

I hope I'm wrong, the economists are wrong, the CEOs are wrong, all the people who worked for him and warned us about him are wrong.

Either way, I will not be 'a good German.'
