There are no perps in this context. The feds simply state what they are up to, which in the context of this thread is searching for a lost medical radiation source that poses no immediate threat to the public but cannot be left laying around in public. A legitimate reason for a necessary government reason. Quite noble. And when you find it, announce mission success. What a great government we are sign in relief.
