And well he should have been .... as I pointed out in an earlier post. What Abbott did was a hostile bit of grandstanding, instead of conferring with all of the country's governors to design a plan that would distribute the burden fairly for both states/cities and migrants until the politicians finally sit down together to develop and implement an effective, fair, and compassionate system to govern the border.
