Well, Archer the "smoking gun's" testimony flopped for the right. What will come next in this saga to take the focus away from all of the now superceding charges. Emptywheel seems to think T's PAC is a crime - intent on why it was formed? Missing something there. We haven't heard from Fanny, but it looks like RICO. Why is that Trump entity asking for $60 million back from T's PAC? Do they need that to refund T's followers who got scammed by the small print? In the meantime Florida keeps dumping rain everyday. :)

Joe Biden has claimed for years and is continuing to claim that he has nothing to do with his family business. Now, that was always a really bad bald faced lie given what Hunter has been up to, but Archer's testimony today indicated that he's not only aware of "the family business" of grifting for dollars but is also a very active participant.
Then you have the DOJ trying to stop him from testifying over the weekend. Their real intent was to impugn his credibility ahead of his session today, though. I expect the marching orders and NPC programming to go out to say just that shortly.

BTW, this straight shooter witness, Archer, and a number of other individuals were indicted on charges they defrauded members of a Native American tribe. They were found guilty in 2018.

Biden discussed no business with his son on any of the phone calls. It was a call with his son as far as the Pres was concerned it looks like. It's impressive to get the President of the US on the phone, but so far there's nothing to it, other than it was used to impress.

It might not be. I was just reading (NYT) that apparently Hunter was selling the illusion of access. He didn't actually have it, which means Joe wasn't complicit in any way. Hunter was using the name only. Which does not speak highly of Hunter. The more I hear/read, the less I think of him.
