It seems like Ray has been calling for a recession or a depression for a couple of decades.
I don't follow him closely, though, so maybe he is more nuanced than that.

Another one that I believe was pro Trump is Mike Shedlock, from the old TMF. I tried reading
the articles ans the comments on his site, but the commenters are deep up Trump's butt, so I don't see any value in it. But Mike has recently wrote about what a disaster Trump is
becoming with his tariffs, which is infuriating because Trump was very clear on what he was going to do upon election, which was to do whatever the Project 2025 "thought leaders"
dreamed up.

I will credit Mike with TWS, Trump Worship Syndrome, his use of it was the first I'd seen
it used. A few commenters stated that he was turning woke, that he needed to give Trump time to work his "magic", and Mike clapped back hard about their TWS affliction.
