I saw this poll and there were some things that are interesting and confirmed what is probably the case:
1) the 70% of pubs who think this is "right" are likely the same or closely similar group who are the Magat portion of the party.
2) there is a greater portion of "no comment" or undecideds in the pub poll - 8% v. dems 2%
3) the 8% who are not for or against are likely doubtful about the move to war, not just those uninformed, but do not want to go against the dear orange leader (v. the 2% of dems who do not have that same kind of hesitancy, but are simply likely uninformed).

The Republican Party is governed by a senile, malignant narcissist, convicted felon, rapist who has destroyed America's economy and standing in the world.
Why are his poll numbers so low?

why is this relevant?
a. trump not running again (for anything?) is a base case
b. trump will determine gop candidates in primary
c. gop will vote on trump's endorsements, not wanting to 'unfairly' impose trump's faults on his sycophants
if anyone thinks there are not enough stupid voters are at the margin, they have not been watching america since at least 2016.
i think 2028 will play out in a different way than rubio\vance.
