In court today, Trump's legal team essentially argued that the assassination of political rivals is covered by presidential immunity, which puts Trump in a bit of conundrum:

On one hand, if his legal team is wrong, then that potentially opens him up to criminal prosecution for his actions.

On the other hand, if they're right, Biden might order Seal Team 6 to take him out... :o)

Oh, but then he could be impeached in the House and convicted in the Senate. Or he could just start taking out anyone in Congress who might vote to impeach before that could happen.

What an "interesting" (and bat shit crazy) argument Trump's lawyers are making.
