Rep Justin Jones was just ousted from Tennessee House for bringing a bullhorn to a session last week and disrupting the proceedings. One down, two to go as three dems passed the bullhorn back and forth demanding to be heard without being recognized by the chair.
Interviewed in the hallway after being ejected, Rep Jones said, <paraphrasing> "If I am not allowed to ignore the rules, then our democracy is lost."

I fully admit that the legislators should be disciplined for breaking legislative body rules.
Do you think this level of punishment is appropriate?
I don't. Not only is it overkill, it leaves thousands of citizens without representation. And before answering if you think it is appropriate, remember that it sets a precedent that might be used elsewhere against Republicans.
