1. 336K new jobs added in September absolutely blew away expectations. Unemployment rate at 3.8% continues at record lows.

2. We're already seeing lower gas prices at the pump. You can get gas at $2.99/gallon in about half of all states, thanks to falling oil prices.

3. Biden administration got drug makers like Eli Lilly to lower insulin prices by 70%. Other expensive drugs prices have also been forced lower, thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act. Good news for seniors.

4. Inflation running at about 3.7% YoY. Not as good as 2%, but far better than the 8% we had.

5. You can get 5% interest guaranteed in a CD or T-bill. Good news for savers. Cash is no longer trash.

Looks like we're in a Goldilocks-type economy, which is why the stock market rallied today.
