I was not aware that they had a radio show on TV. It seems weird, but stranger things have happened. (I do not listen to NPR, so unless they advertise it somewhere else I would never have known.)


I was unaware as well that one can stream NPR on an Echo or Spot. We get NPR on Sirius. It's cool that one can listen to NPR on ones computer, but why? I'd rather read than turn the PC into a radio.

Neither here nor there.... NPR/PBS strives to create honest news productions. That eliminates the majority of 'conservative' broadcasters. They find homes on Fox, OANN, etc, companies that care little if their content is frequently 'alt-facts' or out and out conspiracy nonsense.

It ought to be noted that liberal nonsense radio productions, in response to the right wing shock jocks, didn't survive long because nonsense is nonsense.
