Based on my calculations, Berkshire repurchased 6058 A share equivalents at a total cost of 3,234,433,939- average price paid 533,896, which is 356 per B. We also know that Berkshire repurchased a bit in 2024.

As you note, Berkshire bought back a fair number of shares after year end, in the interval Jan 1 - Feb 12.
At a higher rate per day than in December, in fact.
The average market price was $376.01 per B in that stretch.
Berkshire may have done a bit better, with the purchases concentrated in the first part of the period at lower prices, but probably not all THAT much better.
The B price was below $365 only about 25% of the time, so he almost certainly averaged paying more than that. My guess would be close to $370.
The prior highest known "average in the month" paid per B was $357.22 from last Sept.
