In a case like this, the jury may have a hard time deciding the facts warrant that conclusion.

And...one MAGA on the jury could = hung jury.

I hope he's found guilty, because the evidence is very convincing (well, come on, it's obvious he's guilty).

Not sure it will move the Needle with the MAGA crowd if he is found guilty, but a not guilty will almost surely give him a boost.
