If it sticks, three years should mean the death of his business. He still has Mar-a-Lago, but I think Trump Tower is his crown jewel. That one is in NYC. And most of the hotels that paid for his name worldwide have torn his name off their buildings. So they aren't paying him anymore (I assume).
Of course, as written, I would think one of his kids could run the businesses, and they would be in compliance with the order. In which case, the Trump organization keeps on going. As long as Don Sr doesn't get involved.
