On a different note, I just checked: most of the propositions went how I voted. "No" to paying tipped workers less than minimum, "yes" to abortion protection in the state constitution, "no" on allowing legal challenges to ballot propositions, etc. The one that went opposite me was the ranked elections. I reasoned that it would create an environment where more moderate candidates could prevail. Our present system often presents us with extremists on both sides, and neither represent the majority. Ranked elections should solve that, even if the top two are both of the same party (which, in AZ, would likely be Reps). I can deal with a moderate republican a lot better than BSC MAGA people. We mostly don't like extreme, which is why Lake is behind by 100K votes (though only about 60+% have reported so far). She's BSC extreme (just like McSally was). Though still too early to call it. So I'm not going to "take heart" just yet.
