Well…. Not the only difference, but the distinction is an important one.
Biden supported legislation that made changes in national policy based upon the nation’s interest.
Trump almost exclusively makes changes (often by diktat) that change national policy to align with his own economic interests.
Crypto anyone?

They have one thing in common: Democrats tried taking them both down.
And Sheeple as usual stayed quiet.
BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
PS: How cute is it your masters took down Biden - but gave Trump a 2nd term. Hee hee.

How cute is it your masters took down Biden...
I didn't watch the debate, but it is my understanding that Biden took himself down. After that, he had no chance of victory.
If anything, Biden's advisers (and wife?) should have told him not to run for a second term, and allow someone younger to rev-up a campaign. Instead, they -apparently- didn't tell him he had a problem, and so when he finally stepped aside, there wasn't much time to get a new campaign going.

SO the pressure from Pelosi and Schumer never happened? LOL
But hey, ok, a bad debate means the incumbent president gets tossed.
:)
Biden got taken down by Democrats.
Trump was elected by Dems - twice.
Either way no matter - from the schools to the environment to the SCOTUS -- -it's just a dandy :)

After the debate, pressure was being applied from everywhere for him to drop out. But he, himself, took himself down with an -apparently- poor debate performance. If he had done fine, there would have been little pressure from anywhere for him to step down. Incumbency is an advantage in elections, most of the time.
Trump was elected by Dems - twice.
I think that isn't really accurate. Sure, the first time maybe there was a little too much emphasis on pronouns, and not enough on the needs of Joe Sixpack. I believe Comey was more responsible, issuing that statement (contrary to FBI policy) about HRC a month before the vote. And then it all came to nothing anyway.
This time around, it was Dems telling Joe "hey, no problem, you got this", when evidently he didn't. In that respect, yeah...Dems helped the Felon.

Another funny thread.
It's almost like the Burisma and other Hunter graft never existed.
Also it's like other things that other dem Presidents have done never existed. Anyone ever heard of EV mandates? Carbon exchanges?
Al Gore dreamed of being the next hyper-billionaire by scheming to set up exchanges where he could skim the sh1t out of things.
Trump's a piker by comparison.

That's on Hunter. Not Joe. The only thing Republicans gained from their multiple investigations is egg on their faces. Certainly no ties between Joe and Hunter's folly. They couldn't even read a calendar and put the sequence of events in proper order. Then again.... facts were never important to them. Smearing Joe was the goal.

Well, that sure goes beyond the time frame of the last ten years...... but I'll bite.
Did Al Gore start his business while in office? Nope.
And his net worth currently stands at 300 million.
Trump's a piker by comparison.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Trump's net worth has more than doubled in the six months since he took office- from 2.3 billion to 5.1 billion... mostly by bribes (exuse me... "investments in Truth Social") and his crypto scam.
AGAIN- WHILE HE HAS BEEN IN OFFICE, TRADING OFF OF HIS OFFICE, AND PUSHING REGULATIONS IN THE CRYPTOSPHERE THAT BENEFIT HIMSELF PERSONALLY.
IN CONTRAST, AL GORE DIDN'T ACTUALLY TRADE CARBON CREDITS, BUT INVESTED IN COMPANIES THAT DID. BUT IN ANY EVENT, THAT POINT IS MOOT, BECAUSE HE DIDN'T START DOING SO UNTIL YEARS AFTER HE LEFT OFFICE.
GOD, the ignorance that parades as knowledge.

Not from everywhere ----but from key Democrats. A bad debate----caused Key Democrats to boot Biden.

The pronoun stuff, had TONS more effect than "Comey". in 2024. As did America's general dissatisfaction with life -- which is gonna be there regardless of who is in office.
Either way, no worries. Everything will be reversed the 1st day of the next Presidency..... ;). As one of the few thinking people on the Left i don't want ti disrespect and argue with you over issues that i ---80% just don't care about anymore. The trajectory - is decidedly downward. And - in certain corners of the world- decidedly - upward.
Lukily, Rome has tons of fossil fuels, a tech lead, and still a superior spirit ----for now.

LOL! MAGA trots out their old favorite, Whataboutism (also called whataboutery)...
Yes, Donald Trump's a pedophile and his corruption is truly breathtaking, but Dems don't have a leg to stand on because
it was revealed that their presidential nominees son did something questionable...
Whataboutism is closely related to the tu quoque ("you too") fallacy, a subtype of the ad hominem argument.
It attempts to undermine the critic’s position by accusing them of similar or worse behavior, rather than addressing the substance of the original criticism.
This is generally considered a logical fallacy because:
1) Even if the counter-accusation is true, it does not refute or excuse the original wrongdoing.
2) It distracts from the issue at hand, often derailing productive discussion.
Users of whataboutism are attempting to avoid accountability and are unable to address the original argument.
