Ok so I had a beautiful NY Strip which like every other week is personally selected by me after 10 minutes of steak fondling at the store. I just KNOW the dat was 2/23 on it and I had planned to eat that today.
But, one side is gray.
Yes I know, that means oxygen exposure and not spoiled but it ain't foolproof that it isn't spoiled.
This sucks. See, now this infuriates me more than ANYTHING in the news. But Daddy has a solution and this is going to turn out well.
