Mexico's president cites CBP one as the reason caravans to the US have stopped. Also as the reason encounters at the border are down significantly.

ME: You are now due for a derisive dismissive with a chortle from the Dopester, and JediSheeple will appear and laugh, praising the Dopester as the Godfather.

All of Magadom will believe that Trump did all of that with one phone call on one day. For the rest of our lives we will be told that Trump accomplished all of this with one magic phone call on one magic day.
