But Mike, you haven't shown that anyone on that plane had a deportation order AND stayed. Why didn't ICE remove them when they were in court and the judge ordered their removal? So your rebuttal isn't on point - it's almost valid by itself - but it isn't about the people on the planes- my initial point. A subsequent point is it looks like you're going after what is easiest to grab - not criminals. And you obfuscate on that point by the assumption that what could be a misdemeanor is a crime. It doesn't become a crime because we want it to be. There's no proof they were criminals, and I doubt if the kids were.
