I am curious too. It was working well for a couple weeks and then went completely down.
Meaning, now you can't even run backtests. It gives basic errors like

Backtest Engine Feedback
Command started [8093]; Process ID = 76403.
Internal database error: csoq1d.s is not in a recognized format.
Unable to load csoq1d.s for field12
(Exit 102)
