Perhaps you can give us links to people on this board advocating for political violence, other than when all the right wingers here were justifying the J6 insurrection deaths, destruction, and violence as legitimate political discourse.I read the first quarter of the manifesto. Not your typical having lunatic stuff.
Honestly, the guy seems very rational and dare I say compassionate, apologizing for hurting anyone he wasn't directly targeting and going so far as to use buckshot instead of slugs to minimize the possibility of accidental casualties caused by bullets going through walls.
As for his motives:

(Well, to be completely honest, I was no longer willing a long time ago, but this is the first real opportunity I’ve had to do something about it.)He almost sounds like he voted for Trump and had become disillusioned like so many other former MAGA diehards have been doing lately <cough>Tucker Carlson</cough>.
Of course though, clearly something snapped, since 99.9999% of people who think Trump is destroying America wouldn't ever try to kill him and those associated with him. So, in that respect he is ultimately a nutjob.
