Well sure.....according to the NY Post.

According to the many tourists I get to talk with.....tourists from elsewhere in the US, tourists from abroad......Manhattan is a wonderful and fascinating place. Not perfect, certainly. Has its problems, certainly. But the shambles that you insist is our reality is simply your hope for the punishment you're convinced we deserve.
