Apparently, it is wrong for Canada to recover it's costs of building the new bridge between the US and Canada, because it will compete with the existing tunnel, and the decrepit old bridge, owned by a Michigan family, that had a personal, private, meeting with Trump the Conqueror, just before Trump announced he would prevent the new bridge opening.

“The bridge will actually be paid for by the folks who are using the bridge,” said Hoekstra.
