I don't think so. You have to train an AI. If it were still a secret, Navajo would not be on a list of languages that anyone would want to access. In fact, if you don't go to the res, I'm not sure you could access it at all. It's a very niche language.
Also, part of the code was naming contemporary items (like "battleship") something in Navajo. Navajos don't have battleships, nor the need to make up a word for that. I don't remember now precisely, but I know they translated "battleship" into something like "big rock" or "big moving rock". Something like that.
It really was a genius move to create the code talkers. Only two of them left.
