1. The strongest bull value is 7 - the percent of time it is at 7 is lowest in October and August.
2. The highest percent of time at a level of 5 is in August - Nh/NL is Bear while the other two are Bull.
3. The highest percent of time when all three are bear (i.e. 0) lands in July at 13.2%. June is second highest at 11.6%.
4. At a level of 7, February is best at 66.4%, January second best at 65.3%, and September at third best with a percentage of 62.5%. This latter case is the most surprising to me of all the percentages in this table.
