Don't be so sure his insane trade wars won't kill the US economy since Canada is the largest export destination for US goods (18%), followed by Mexico (16%) and China (7%). That's 41% of U.S. exports.

Virtually no fentanyl comes into the US from Canada. Just 43 pounds of fentanyl were intercepted coming from Canada into the U.S. last year, whereas Canadian authorities intercepted about 11 pounds going the opposite way during the same period.
Right now, more fentanyl is currently being trafficked from the U.S. to Canada.
The same is true for undocumented immigrants:
In FY 2024, Border Patrol apprehended 23,721 people who illegally crossed the northern border into the U.S. That’s about 1.5% of Border Patrol apprehensions nationwide.Illegal migration from Canada to the US ain't a thing...at least not a thing worth a trade war.
