And yet, many (most?) of those California farmers voted for Trump. As I drove through the agricultural areas of the southern San Joaquin Valley and along I-5 there were many Trump signs. Of course, what they wanted from Trump was more water (water that probably just isn't going to be there, new dams or not), but they must have thought their orange messiah would leave them their undocumented workers.
