- berger flexed his nepotism creds 'boss hogg like', landing his kid on the state supreme court

now the punchlines :
- NC is the only state unable to pass a budget...which speaks to a supermajority incompetence level not commonly breached
- phil berger loses his primary by ~2 dozen votes...to the county sheriff
