this application is for the whistleblower program :
what if i told you the secret service spends over $2M/year protecting a convicted criminal and rapist?
what if i told you that much of that money is due to this criminal overcharging the taxpayer for his own benefit? and that there is a long history of proven fraud cases against this person, two recently totaling ~$800M ?
and although never convicted of a violent crime and pilfering national security secrets, there is a strong association of this person directing such at arms' length.
worst of all, this unemployed person claims to be so wealthy that he (and his billionaire friends) can easily afford all the protection needed for him and family, yet here he is on the dole....for which in general he claims to be against.

now on the normal scale of government waste, this is nothing. but sometimes its worth standing on principle to set an example.
