Freedom of religion does not mean your religion can have polygamy, nor abuse your wife, nor own slaves - so that part of the first amendment has also been “infringed.”

The first also prohibits Congress enacting any law with regard to "establishment of religion". The establishment clause was thoroughly shredded in the 1950s.

4 U.S.C. § 4 lists the full text of the Pledge of Allegiance, including the "God" clause.

36 U.S.C § 119 requires the POTUS to declare a "national day of prayer" each year.

36 U.S.C. § 302 declares "In God We Trust" the national motto.

These are federal laws, passed by Congress, artifacts of the Communist hysteria of the cold war. I went to a Township Council meeting a few years ago. The meeting started with praying to the flag, just like when I was in third grade.

One would think "freedom of religion" would include NOT being proselytized by your boss. Nope. Lord Trump's regime issued another edict explicitly saying you don't have the "freedom" to be left alone, because, apparently, that would infringe your boss' "right" to ram his religion down your throat.
