Measles is potentially worse than COVID. Highly contagious, and without a vaccine, potentially fatal. I did a quick check, and the mortality rate prior to vaccines was about %5 for the affluent, and about 20-30% for more impoverished areas.

COVID was about 4%.

And you know the Felon and worm-brain won't take any measures (like closing schools), so it has the potential to spread like wildfire. We do have the advantage that the MMR exists, where during COVID, we didn't have a vaccine at all during the first year or so. But worm-brain doesn't believe in vaccines.
