A bit over a decade ago, they sold their consumer-facing brand, Tomcat, to Scotts Miracle-Gro

"In addition to research and development, Bell Laboratories, Inc. will continue to perform regulatory and manufacturing functions for the Tomcat brand."

At the time, I think that was reported as a $60m transaction. Not sure on that figure.
