Why would you not want to own a stock that people are buying heavily -- and have been buying it heavily for a long time?
One possible reason is that I don't know how to value it. Another is that I do know how to value it, but I value it lower than its current price. Another is that I invest and rarely, if ever, speculate. I could think of other reasons.
I have no idea what Intel is worth, but as an example, I wouldn't buy a $20 bill for $50 only because it had been going up in price for some time. Although I kind of like it when Mr. Market does such things--in either direction.
