Not even close. As in, not in the same galaxy. They valued freedom; today’s left is about totalitarianism.

You mean like suggesting that habeas corpus should be suspended?

Or do you mean like telling corporations how to run their business by absorbing tariff expenses?

Or do you mean ignoring the due process clauses in the Constitution?

Or do you mean threatening the free press?

Or do you mean threatening violence to political opponents?

Or do you mean ignoring orders issued by courts?

Your statement is one of the most ignorant statements ever made.

And, as usual, your accusation is nothing more than a confession of your own guilt.
