Which is clearly wrong of them, and they should be subject to contempt sanctions if they keep it up. In addition to paying all the court/legal costs of enforcement.

That's completely out of line, and they deserve whatever criticism is hurled their way.

Yah, is there a way they can correct for the votes ruled not to be counted? If not, give them due process and then jail them.
