"I think this shows who understands things and who doesn't.
Your "analysis" doesn't cover exogenous things like COVID. Nobody told Biden to spend like he did. Nobody told Obama to carry on with the 2nd tranche of TARP."
- Dope

Dope you are right for actually once in your life. It does show who understands things and who doesn't.

Unfortunately, you don't understand the first thing about the Constitution, and it shows. Apparently you don't understand that congress has to authorize spending and then the president executes on that spending. So congress told Biden to spend what he did. Congress told Obama to carry on with the 2nd tranche of TARP.

"Many of us have called for spending reforms over the years. No board libs say much on the topic."

That is one of the many reason you are laughed at over the years. You like to pretend that you are a deficit hawk, but in reality you were a supporter of the stuff that drove up the debt in the last 25 years. The Bush tax cuts, the Iraq invasion, and Trump tax cuts. You were a supporter of all three and those are three of the biggest drivers of the federal debt.
