I don't see Harris winning the nomination, nor Newsom.
I think the best candidate -- and best president -- would be Buttigieg but think he'd have to be on a ticket as VP first. Too much homophobia in America.I still like Cory Booker or Buttigieg. But I'm stuck in 2020...
Newsom would have trouble winning his home state these days, and that goes back longer than some people think. There was a reason why some Republicans on this board were suggesting that the Dems should run Newsom this past election, when it was a question. From a Nov. 7, 2023 LA Times article:
