Rubbish again.

If you spent even a moment checking, you would realize that green card holders (legal) can get driver's licenses, but still cannot vote. There are safeguards in place. It varies by state, of course. The first hit I got was MA.

And Biden can't change that. It's in the Constitution. And, unlike his predecessor, he doesn't try to rule by executive order (which would get struck down instantly, in this case).
