Does anybody know offhand the average price at which the shares have been sold lately?

It probably looks not bad relative to today's prices in the $35-37 range : )

From filings so far, they have sold $3.825 Billion worth for an average price of $42.297 / BAC share.

As Warren has learned over time, it pays to go big on the first 3 days.
