For those looking to diversify away from the US, Vanguard FTSE All-World ex-US Small-Cap ETF (VSS)

Though I'm guiltier than most for digressing, you might consider marking a "fund" post off topic (OT) in the subject. Quite a few of the boards talk about ETFs and funds all the time, but this one is hoping to be about specific single stocks. (directly or ADR or secondary listing or futures or CFD or with your bookie or whatever...)
