Since the data fields it uses don't change quickly, the turnover is quite low.

PS
I was running this screen for some time, but closed it all out March 17 this year.

For fun, I checked to see how the portfolio would have done if I had simply held that last set of picks till now.

My usual benchmark for this is RSP, the equally weighted S&P 500 ETF, since the MI scheme is equally weighted and picks almost exclusively from that set. It's up 9.7% without dividends since then.
The LargeCapCash stocks I sold are up and average of 20.2% since then, not counting dividends. (they are all dividend payers, the average yield was something like 1.8%)

The S&P 500 was of course hard to beat, with its large and perhaps risky allocations to the Mag 7. It's up 20.9% in the same date range, again without dividends.

I'm not sure one can draw a firm conclusion from this, much beyond it being consistent with the notion that if you forget to trade for a while it's not too likely to blow up in your face.
