They're exporting their lack of water to the western US (agriculture use) to the detriment of western ecology.
And they're exporting pollution; hog farms trashing eastern water that flows to the gulf. Actually, that's kinda fair since most US corps are doing the same to china by producing goods there with no EPAish. oversight.
